REGULATIONS

I. Eligibility:
1. Participants in the festival can be young people from the following fields of art:
- Vocal performers - choral and individual;
- Dance performers - dance groups and individual performers;
- Instrumental performers - orchestras and individual performers
- Theatrical groups
* no age restrictions: children, youth, homogeneous, mixed groups.
2. Categories:
a. Vocal performers - Gala concert and participation
- Choir (from 20 or more performers);
- Chamber Choir (12 to 20 performers)
- Vocal formation (from 2 to 12 performers);
- Solo artists.
b. Dance performers - Gala concert and participation
- Ensemble (20+ performers);
- Chamber Ensemble (12 to 20 performers)
- Dance formation (from 2 to 12 performers);
- Solo artists.
c. Musical-instrumental formations - Gala concert and participation
- Orchestra (of 20 or more performers);
- Chamber Orchestra (12 to 20 performers)
- Instrumental formation (from 2 to 12 performers);
- Solo artists.
d. Theater troupes - Gala concert
- Theater Company (from 2 to 20 and more performers);
- Solo artists
All participants indicate in the application form the names of the works performed, the authors of the music and / or the text, the arrangement and the author of the play.
o Music accompaniment is provided on CD or other digital media.
o Video support is also possible.
3. Performances Duration in the program:
- Vocal performances - up to 10 min .;
- Dance performances - up to 15 minutes;
- Instrumental performances - up to 20 min.
- Theatrical performances - from 30 to 90 minutes.
4. The participants present themselves with a program of choice - pre-classical, classical, folk, popular, contemporary, mixed and others.
5. The general program of the festival is prepared by August 20, 2020. and is provided to participants.
o Changes to the program during the festival are not allowed.
6. Required documents for participation / sent no later than 01.08.2020 /
- application for participation in the attached model;
- brief information about the composition.
- video, audio or photo material of the performance.

7. The festival is competitive.
Each team leader can participate as a member of the jury of the festival
8. Assessment of participants' performance is made according to the following criteria:
- performing skills,
- artistic level of performance;
- selection of repertoire;
- stage culture and artistry;
- aesthetic endurance

* Festival organizers reserve the right to set up additional prizes during the festival
II. Participation Fees:
Package price - 167 Euro - participation in the festival and accommodation for one person
The price includes:
Ø Hotel accommodation for 7 days (6 nights)
Ø Three-course menu (breakfast lunch dinner), buffet
Ø Two stage rehearsals before participation
Ø Participation fee
Ø Certificate of participation

Ø A tour of the festival town

Participation fee - 20 Euro- participation of one participant without accommodation

For early bookings:
- Before 31.06.2020;* - 20% off* accommodation for one person -139 Euro
* Preferential rates apply when 10% of the total amount for the group is transferred until 30.07.2020
For regular bookings::
- Befor 01.08.2020* and 10% of the total amount for the group transferred until 14.08.2020
* after the specified date requests are accepted only at the discretion of the organizers
For every 20 participants one participant receives a FREE package!
